Tap @ Craft Beer Market, Otemachi. Pours light orange, bit watery look there, some foam but not too much. Tropical and dank nose, nicely appetizing, sweet and with good fresh hop bitterness, lightly resiny, fully satisfying. Super good balance, fresh and good dankness. NE character there, juicy although not advertised as such. I do like this one.

slightly hazy color. Low medium bitterness. A fair amount of citrus notes medium bitterness. Nice mouth feel. Nothing wrong with this but nothing that interesting either

soapy estery some strange fruitiness but a bit too clean. A Saison that will probably appeal to many people but for someone who loves the style it won’t excite

slightly hazy golden color. Big dank fruity nose with lots of tropical fruit that sits under a huge tart dry liminess. Kinda mix of hazy and sour. Tart mouth with lime screaming out and ready to rip the enamel off my teeth. Not for the faint hearted. Dry finish and base beer is very hidden. A bit too simple as lime overwhelms but concept has potential.
