Small glass on draft at Craft Beer Market Awajicho. Hazy yellowish orange with off-white head. Aromas of big grapefruit citrus, stone fruit. Tastes of fresh grapefruit citrus, light floral, orange peel. Medium body with a dry finish. Very nice.

Tap at Dig. Black with lace. A bit of smoke in the nose, some bacon, chocolate, umami--like oysters. Lots of umami in the flavor, not a whole lot of smoke, chocolate, quite tangy and fruity. Body is silky and rather light. Wanted more smoke, but very good.

Tap at Dig. Muddy brownish-gold color with a low head. Lovely nose of mango, peaches. Full, juicy fruit flavor, malty, mango, stinky durian, peaches, orange. Good bitterness. The carbonation and body are perfect: tiny but persistent bubbles work perfectly. Excellent.

Tap at Dig. Nose is some tart lemon, wheat, banana, clove. Rather like a weizen in character, with a good dose of tartness. Lightly sourness, plus banana and clove. Good. A very drinkable weizen-gose hybrid. I’d prefer it a bit more sour, though.
