good golden color. Good funky yeasty character good apple and funky yeasty character. Good .
Can feel the booze a little. Nice fruitiness. Quite rich. Something a little dirty and caramel malty too. Not sure about that but it’s fun.
Nice. Light orange and saison elements. Not mindlbowing but easy going for the %

medium amber color. Nice funky yeasty nose of banana creampie, wheat apricots. Medium body but palate is a bit lifeless. Modest bitterness. Ok depth but not too clean or best balance.

Tap at Craft House. Extremely cloudy orange amber, looks like nitro. Fruity, malty nose, honey vanilla, stone fruits. Sweet and creamy with a bitter finish. Feels like a milkshake saison. Strange as hell but interesting and not bad.
Ginger. Bit of malty beer type stuff. But mainly a ginger beer

flat, dark brown color, tons of burnt raisins chocolate, low carbonation, milk chocolate, marshmallow and a touch of black licorice. Super smooth and abv well hidden. So smooth and nice. Not amazing per se, but good stuff.

tons cherry green apple and a touch of oak and whiskey. Malty, full bodied. Smooth. Semi dry. Whisky doesn’t punch too much. Super drinkable. Excellent depth. Wow, for a Japanese brewery this is top notch
