Can. Bright copper color. Very malty, touch of caramel, lots of hops, dank and fruity. Somewhat sweet and resiny, with a very rich, deep maltiness. Hops seem to have faded a bit. Not completely fresh but still nice.

Can. Pale gold with a tall, fine head. Saaz hops on the nose, spicy and herbal, bready malt. Rich malt flavor but not sweet, nice biscuits, lovely hop flavor, lemony, herbal. Stark, crisp bitterness. Crisp and easy drinking.

Fruit Sour
This is apparently a collaboration with an Omi Beef restaurant and is a cassis and Sour cherry beer made to pair with beef and evoke red wine.
I’ve gotta say it’s a great looking deep purplish-red with pink foam (pic in the comments) and a cassis aroma. On its own, my first impression was one of sweetness but with the beef the tart berry really came through.
It paired really well with my meal but is it actually the best beer for beef? You’ll need to decide for yourself.

Two Rabbits DDH 7-Hop XPA 5.5%
Nice brass color with thick light beige foam and a hugely fragrant hop bouquet of tropical fruits, prickly pear and a touch of woodsy pine. Excellent flavor on a fairly full body. This beer is great.

Two Rabbits Peachy
Peaches & Cream Sour Ale 4.5%
Milky straw gold color with thick white foam. Great looking brew.
Sweet tangy peach aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. The taste is completely sweet cream and peaches up front then a tangy sour peach in the finish.
This is really good. I thought there was lactose for sweetness but it looks like it’s vanilla extract.
I gotta say it takes skill to make a balanced sour that’s sweet but not overly so.

Gose
Apparently it’s a collaboration with Smith Street Taps out of Singapore and used Shikuwasa citrus fruits. It’s a nice looking take straw gold with white foam and funky sour citrus aroma.
Medium bodied with a salinity and minerality added to a pronounced anoubt of funk. It’s got much more character than your average gose. Interesting and refreshing stuff.

Two Rabbits Deka Melon
Melon Hazy Pale Ale 4%
Made with melons from Shiga the very 80’s humorous label had me smiling. The aroma is very much juicy hops with loads of melon. The taste is the same with a light crackery body.
Good stuff. I think melons work a bit better in a salty gose. Nice summery brew.

Sherry BA Barleywine 12%
Nice amber ruby orange with virtually no foam but a big rich malty aroma with sweet oaky sherry notes. Full bodied with lots of maltiness, boozy sherry, sweet molasses and a pleasing warmth in your stomach. Nice on this fairly cool night.

Heavy body. Big malty backbone. . Stone fruit and citrus. Biscuity malt character.

Two Rabbits Gashadokuro Hazy IPA 6.5%
Nice matte gold with a guava & papaya juicy aroma with hints of pine. Medium bodied and smooth the flavor also gives you hints of sharp citrus.
This is really quite tasty.
