The aroma is guava with some woodsy dank notes. Medium to full bodied with a slightly slick mouthfeel. Quite full bodied with bitter woodsy flavor over pithy citrus and guava. This is very clean and crushable.

I’ve gotta say this is a picture perfect looking hazy to me. Milky honey gold in color with thick dense fluffy very light beige foam.
It had a great juicy aroma that was mouthwatering. Medium bodied with a bit of raspy carbonation.
The taste has big juicy tropical elements but also some bitter herbal hop burn. Pretty damn good, I like this yokai series.

Umami Smoked Porter 6%
Rusty tan foam on a pitch black body with a big smokey chocolate aroma. Very smooth medium to full body. Nice smokiness reminescebt of schlenkerla but with roasted malt notes.
Really good stuff.

Two Rabbits Hopzilla
Nelson Bluss XPA 5.5%
Matte brass in color with a thick pillowy foam that leaves copious lacing behind.
The aroma is surprisingly woodsy (twigs) and kind of dank. The taste adds an undertone of coconut tropicality.
Really interesting and crushable brew.

Can from the brewpub. Deep, cloudy pink with a tall head. Nose is raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, coffee. Flavor of sweet cacao, raspberries, coffee. Quite a strong, balancing bitterness too. A bit over-the-top, as expected, but quite fun stuff.

Can from the brewery tap. very fruity, estery nose, citrus, stone fruit, melon, apple, rich caramel and treacle. Also some piny resin. Deep amber to brown with orange tints and light hazy, and a low, thick head. Flavor is very malty, lots of treacle and brown sugar, lots of hops, citrus, pine, grass, and a strong bitterness. Really amazingly drinkable for such a young beer with such high specs. Soft carbonation, silky body. Excellent stuff. Need more for aging.

Two Rabbits Traditional Bock 6.5%
Deep brownish red that is completely opaque and topped with thick fluffy light beige foam. Full bodied yet with a silky carbonation that has a touch of a raspiness in the finish.
The aroma is a dusty cocoa powder while the taste is caramel and biscuit. So smooth and tasty. Good stuff.

Served from the hand pump at Two Rabbits. Bright gold, light haze, with lace. Funky Aussie hop nose, tropical fruits, catpiss, citrus. Light malt. Flavor is clean, malty, nicely hoppy. Low carbonation, smooth body. Works very well from cask. Nice go-to beer.

Tap at Two Rabbits. Dark to medium brown, lace. Low carbonation. Nice ginger nose, with bready malt, caramel, touch of chocolate. Spicy ginger flavor with a slight burn, nice malt, good balance of sweetness. Rich body. Well done.

Tap at Two Rabbits. Pitch black, quite shiny, with lace. Lovely smoky nose, Bamberg malt, chocolate, woody, bacon. Rich and silky, with smoky bacon, caramel, chocolate, tons of umami for sure. Lovely.
