Leichter, hell hopfiger Beginn. Süffig, leicht herb, trocken. Würzig, mittellanger Abgang, erfrischend. 10/9/9/8//8

Small creamy head, cloudy milky orange, citrus, onion,some skunk and a bit of tropical fruits, medium bitterness, medium bitterness. Really nice and enjoyable, not too heavy for a DIPA.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is tart fruit juice with topical fruits, citrus, passion fruit, lemon, and soft wheaty malt. Flavour is tart, medium sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Pure tart fruit juice, very nice.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is floral hops with citrus, orange, tropical fruits, bit perfumed, grapefruit, light malt, with a hint of resin. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. A fine bittersweet IPA, though more floral than I expected.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is fruity hops with peach, mango, passion fruit, orange, grapefruit, malt, some weedy Mosaic, soft floral notes, and a touch of pine. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Bittersweet and fruity, good stuff.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is citrussy hops with orange, tangerine, stone fruits, peachy and tropical notes, some mango, hint of herbal hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Not very West Coast, but good IPA.

Pours clear brown with a bubbly orange brown head. Looks like a barrel aged porter alright. Super nice boozy barrel aged porter aroma booze is very prominent, roasted malts are dry and crisp, in the background licorice and woody notes, the cognac and the roasted malts blend very well, together with wood crating quite a complex yet crisp and clear aroma.
flavor is even better than aroma, licorice, roasted malts, nicely attenuated by the cognaq, also salt licorice, warm woody notes. Unlike stouts which might have more body and chewiness this porter keeps its crispness while still having tons of complexity. Very good barrelling project.

Bottle from Mr. Hop. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa nibs. Not picking up the coconut, most unfortunately. Does have some coffee. Flavour is above medium sweet with a mild roasty bitterness. Full body. Good Stout! Too bad about the absence of coconut.

Quite sweet, moderately bitter. Dark chocolate flavor.
