Tap at the Changi Village brewpub. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a big, very short-lived fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sugary sweet and big ginger. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, spicy, lip burning ginger palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Flaming Lips, just like it says on the label!

On tap at Little Island, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is rather metallic, with gentle floral hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a very metallic character, restrained hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Way too metallic and not getting the NZ hops. Poor.

On tap at Little Island, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out metallic notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite metallic, with some floral hops and somewhat English-like bready malt. Easy to drink, but boring. It's alright.

On tap at Little Island, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops upfront, with a soft pillow malt base. Flavour is moderately bitter and somewhat metallic, with floral hops and biscuity malt. Not a whole lot of flavouring hops here, just bittering ones. Drinkable, but uninspiring.

On tap at Little Island, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly metallic, with piney hops, biscuity malt, and metallic notes, like I'm smelling a penny. Flavour confirms the aroma impression but less pronounced, with piney hops, metallic notes, and biscuity malt. Dry and bitter, with a metallic finish. It's alright.

On tap at Little Island, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head - a clear hef? OK. Aroma brings out the usual banana and clove, with a touch of coriander. Flavour is fairly estery, with banana, clove, and a bit of floral notes. Light sugary finish. It's appropriately brewed, just nothing special.

On tap at Little Island, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals somewhat stale bready malt, with almost no hops detectable. Flavour is clean enough, but dreadfully boring, with stale bready malt characterizing this. Boring as hell.
