Keg at Little Island, Changi Village, Singapore. Cloudy amber, rich creamy head. Rich aroma of kumquat, lemon zest and passionfruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity malt base, highly aromatic citrusy hops with kumquat and key lime. Mid bitter finish. Solid IPA.

Tap at the brew pub. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is malt, passionfruit, grassy citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter light sweet with a crisp fruity woody hop bitter, light dry pepper spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is sweet bananas and yeast. The flavour is light acid citrus bitter with a smooth rich grainy malt, crushed banana, subtle clove spiced palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Changi Village brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, fruit, light spice. The flavour is light dry bitter with a watery grainy, light tropical fruit, metallic hop palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. A little light and watery for me but some interesting things going on in there.
