Bottle from Isetan KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is crushed apples, with some woody, light chemical notes. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a fresh, crisp, green apple palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A touch too sweet for me.

330ml bottle from Isetan, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a greenish golden colour with a few bubbles. The aroma is of course pear. The flavour is moderate sweet with a light, fruit, dry, grainy, sweet but light tart fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I’m no cider fan but this was rather pleasant on a hot Asian evening.

500ml bottle from Dan Murphy’s, Hurstville. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, some funk. Taste is apple, apple skin, bittersweet. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy slightly sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
