0.33 l can shared with Gogo, huge thanks! Moderately thick dark amber pour, small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty at first, phenolic, hints of black pepper, slightly medicinal, slightly metallic. A funky touch. Fruity underneath, dried fruit, raisins, cherry, also spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa, tonka bean and malts, slightly toasty with some molasses. Alcohol hidden, although the beer is warming and smooth. Medium to full body. Flavour is dominantly fruity, raisins and dried cherry, caramel, molasses, cocoa, toast and some spices. Light sweetness. Soft carbonation, dry finish. A regular kveik beer more than a traditional sahti, quite smooth, toned down and gentle.

Kicsi, gyorsan elolvadó hab, vöröses, barna szín. Savanykás, meggyes, fahéjas, borókás illat. Édes, kissé savanykás, meggyes, vaníliás, fahéjas, enyhén tonkababos, borókás ízek. Testes, enyhén széánsavas, nemkeserű. Meglepen jó az összhang, finom lett.

A decent marzen style beer - although I have no idea how could I buy this beer at the end of September in a supermarket. Maybe it was actually a septzen? :D

330ml can. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Rather weak, resinous and condensed, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background with hints of marzipan and almond, hints of orange, orange peel, marmalade, minimally cheesy, resinous whiffs of sweat. Taste is bitter, zesty, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of almond, marzipan, orange, orange peel, a touch of lemon.
Slightly creamy texture, smooth, simultaneously dry palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, nice appearance and mouthfeel, okay-ish hop flavours, way too much almond in the malty part for my liking, more hoppy Barley Wine than DIPA in that respect - solid.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, félbarnába hajló, narancs szín. Komlós, fűszeres, earl gray-es illat. Komlós, fűszeres, fenyős, lecsengéskor earl gray-es íz. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Nem rossz.

From tap at Beer People, Budapest, after seeing The Marriage of Figaro at the opera 13.09.25. Let me start bu raising my glass for the tutti frutti coalition supporting the Norwegian Labour party governement after this week’s election. Cloudy straw colour with a hue of red. Fine aroma and taste peach, vanilla, gooseberries, guava, smoothie and pale malt. Very drinkablw.
