Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy yellow straw colour with a flrothy white head. The aroma is Saison yeast, mineral, light fruits. The flavour is light yeasty bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, yeasty hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Easy drinking and great for the ABV.

Very pale golden color. Very funky Belgian yeast with some wheat and cracked pepper and lemon. Very drinkable with big yeasty finish. Not bad, but I am drinking when it’s -30 degrees.

Murky brown amber color. Quickly disappearing head. Modest lactic notes with apricots and grains. Big carbonation, medium-full Body, fairly tart, pretty straightforward. Meh, not bad but not the least bit interesting. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Wild Sour on 20 Jan 2020 at 13:17 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. A reddish brown Rauchbier with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of peated smoked malt, wood extract, fruity esters, nice and challenging. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light peated notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, treacle, light butterscotch, very nice. Bottle at Pushkinwows New squirter inauguration.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart and sweet cherries, and saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart cherries, light sweetness, and a touch of balsamic. Nothing overly complex, but it works well. Solid.
