Slightly buttery apple aroma. Clear yellow, still. Buttered pear flavor. Crisp apple, honey, and rose hip finish. Great still cider! My new favorite cider, at least that I can get locally.

Never tried Perry before. Aroma is of pear, citrus, and apple. No head (as expected), sparkling body which is ever so slightly yellow tinged. Color is similar to a light sauvignon blanc. Flavor wasnβt memorable, kind of dry and fizzy with not much character.

Courtesy of Degarth. Pours a watery gold with bubbles clinging to the bottom of the glass. The aroma is sweet green apples and sweet tart apple candy. The taste is the same as the nose with candied apples, tart apple candy and an odd vegetable note. That odd note becomes distracting the more I drink causing me to want to drink less of it. It actually tastes pretty harsh before I give up and move on.

Aroma of apples and pear skins. Light golden color with a thin white head. Flavor is apple and pear. The apple comes first, leaves, and then the pear appears. For an instant it made "Jolly Rancher" come to mind. The finish is apple cider sweet, with some pear skin, and a Granny Smith note.

Aroma somewhere between cooked apple cider and fresh juice. Clear and golden tinged. Tiny bubbles. Thin in body. Moderate carbonation. Slightly sour. Not very cooked. Tart in the finish.

Aroma is overripe pear. Crystal clear golden color. Initial flavor is salty, but quickly turns to sweet honey. Pear finish. Decent complexity for a perry and very delicious.

Pours pale yellow. Aroma is mildy fruity apple and pears. Flavour is pear and apples in a bit syntetic blend. Citric flavoured. A bit sweet but goes dry in the finish. Leaves a strange syntetic flavour.

12 oz brown bottle that is surprisingly not a twist off, Oh well, go get the opener. Sweet aroma of sour apples greats your nose. Looks like a pale yellow American lager. Taste is fresh and slightly sour, sweet but not sickening syrupy sweet. Leaves a delicious aftertaste following each swig. Too nice too be a beer. Canβt detect alky, not like a wine cooler. No head, and few bubbles tho I do get a good tingle on the palate for each swig. Should not be rated against beer. Quite different than most beers, perhaps this can be compared to fruit beers. Finish is pretty straight forward, sweet and tart. A very mild alky bitterness is sensed on the back of the palate during the very end of the finish.

Light blond color. Some aroma of apple. Medium-dry mouthfeel, with some acidity, light apples and citrus fruits. Wrong.
