A deep dark brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light fruity esters, terpentine, alcohol warmth, a bit off. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with soy sauce, alcohol warmth, light acidity, way off. On tap at Cebu location.

A dark amber ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet butterscotch malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, so-so. In mouth, sweet butterscotch malt with light resinous floral hops, light treacle, OK. On tap at Cebu location.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light mango pulp, light tropical fruits , pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mango, light lemony notes, pleasant. On tap at Cebu location.

Can brought back to UK from PH by Cecile, many thanks for this one! Pours almost black with a nice sized off-white head. Aroma of light coffee, vanilla, light roasted malt, dark chocolate and caramel. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Chocolate and roasted finish. This is my 35th Philippine beer and it's a Baltic Porter!! I'm not saying this is the best Baltic Porter ever - in fact it's a little below average as Baltic Porters go - but the fact that you can now get such 'exotic' beer styles in PH (considering how the market is otherwise dominated) is evidence of just how the Philippine Craft brewing scene is developing.

Can from the brewery. Pours a murky pale brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of hop, pine, citrus, toffee, nut, a hint of coffee and coconut husk, and very slight peppery spice. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Not bad, but not the brewers best.

Can from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy dark amber / pale brown with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of berries, caramel, citrus and malt with light toasting and a hint of chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Surprisingly enjoyable and very drinkable and best I've had so far from this brewery.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish quickly dissapearing bubbly creamy head, light cloudy orange to red color, aroma of red and light dried fruits with some popsicle, flavor of apple and roots, quite sweet, a bit cloying, medium bitterness. drinkable but nothing more, light for a DIPA.

at a tasting,thanks, small creamy bubbly head, hazy dark orange color, aroma of old hops, jam and hints of mold and acetone, extremely bitter and unbalanced, jammy and malty with some mold, quite sweet. Bad.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, cloudy quite deep orange color, aroma is a melange of fruit concentrate with moldy funky and dusty hints, flavor of apple cider blue cheese and funky notes, lightish sweetness, almost no bitterness. Interesting but really strange, probably spoiled.

Can sample at a tasting at zvsn's place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber, off-white head. Funky, infected, fruitiness, pickle juice, sweetish, a bit sourish, bitterish finish, medium-bodied. Bad.
