Amber-brown, medium head, mellow smoke accent, sweet malts, a touch of caramel, and the smoke is quite noticeable on the palate. A bit thin and sour in the very finish but not a bad example.

Keg at the Tap Station, Forbes. Poured a crystal clear yellow straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy biscuit malt, yeast, floral, The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a smooth rich gluey malt, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Needs more bubbles. Too rich and smooth. Not good as light refreshing beer which I think was the intention.
