A very easy drinking, light sour - just the way I like em. Aromas of cherry, apple and a little nougat and biscuits. The sour flavours leave a nice, light aftertaste. Nicely balanced, very enjoyable.

Can. Slightly hazy amber. I was hoping for some revelation here of a new grain source that would blow my mind. It wasn't to be. There's a slight nuttiness, but otherwise a very standard Vienna lager.

Can number something from Canvent 2020. Pale yellow. Briney nose with a bit of anise there too. Oh, this is a fun little maritime adventure in the mouth, Definitely getting that unique abalone vibe, with a fleshiness, some grit and the seawater. And then the myrtle notes over the top. Really fun. Great work.

Disappointingly malty. But it’s alright. No real hops to speak of. And a little sweet. Hmmm

Can. Golden. Waft of lemon on nose. Puckering. A hint of barrel, but not the level of whiskiness I'd hoped.

Can. Somewhat hazy orange with a cm of white head. Aroma of mandarin, lemon, herbs, bread - casual and rustic. A little creaminess to the light body. Moderately sweet and not as fruity as it smelled with an almost earthy herbal and minerality (that's presumably the saltbush) to a finish that's also slightly bitter. Interesting - it's like it a third wants to be a saison.

Can for Carwyn Collaborational Online. Pours golden and hazy. Bit of a grassy nose. Classic pale flavours, but with slight herbaceous edge and saltiness. Pleasant enough.

Ca. Amber. Toffee, malty. The hops come through very nicely. An excellent example of a favourite style. Was hoping for a little more smokiness, but still a treat.

Can. Brownish gold with a few bubbles at the rim. Aroma of drying apples and their skins, the barn. Not much body with a texture much more cider than beer. Some cooked apple sweetness before firm acidity, some twigs and bitterness at a dry finish. Engaging drop. Very cheese friendly.

Can. Murky brownish orange with a cm of white head. Less than vibrant aroma of tropical fruit and pears. But then it bursts forth with pineapple, very ripe peach, mango and twiggy spices. Dry and a bit tingly as well as bitter at the end. Pretty good and quite unusual.
