Can, Aldi. Very dark brown with a beige head that fades form an inch to a cm. Light roast and mocha aroma with hints of spices. Dryish and quite roasty with some cocoa and a fairly bitter finish. Not bad at all.

(Can) Pours hazy golden with small white head. Great tropical fruit aroma. Medium body with good carbonation. Fruity with some gentle bitterness. Very drinkable.

Can. Sludgy brownish orange, 2cm white head. Shy floral & herbal aroma with some pineapple. Light bread with minor fruit notes before a herbal and grass clipping end that's a bit astringent as well as bitter. Refreshing but unconvincing.

Can. Gold with a loosish white head. Shyish aroma with some earthy spices. Thin and yes, dry before modest but slightly harsh bitterness. Didn't do much for me.
Thank you thank you thank you Steve S. for the amazing Australian beer.

Can. Black w a cm of tan head that fades in a while. Roasty and caramel aroma with mocha, spices. There are rummy dark sugars but that's not unusual in big Australian stouts. But they're more to the fore upon a taste, along with oak and pepper. The stout is there but a lower key rumble. Tails off a bit into more spiced oak. Booze is pretty well covered, if not entirely justified. Fair enough.

375ml can into glass. At Earp distillery, Newcastle. Crystal clear amber beer with a solid white head. Very light carbonation. Very faint grain aroma. Fairly crisp and refreshing, doesn't quite hit the mark. A bit too sweet and cloying.

Can. Cheap at Aldi - hmm. Misted pale gold with a scummy white head that doesn't last. 3- Aroma of tropical fruit and light biscuit. Taste follows - passionfruit, pineapple, some citrus. Snappy bitter finish. OK but not very engaging.

Can. Very cloudy orange with a loose white head. Aroma of mango & passionfruit kept from being too fruit cup like by a little grapefruit, crackers. Then moreso upon a taste - it's dryish with fruit overtones and a snappy bitter finish. Bit of a return to form for Modus. Good stuff.

Can. Pretty much opaque yellowish with quickly departing white froth. 3- Aroma of orange pineapple and mango with some crackers. 7- A little less breakfast juice in the taste- there’s a herbal edge and moderate bitterness.
