From a 500ml can on 24/9/2017 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a cloudy straw with a medium to biggish head. Feature a fruity, zesty, slightly spicy nose. As one expects from the style, it's very citrussy - particularly lemon and lime, along with lemongrass, passionfruit and pineapple. The hops are firmish with some grapefruit and spice. Full bodied with average carbonation. Rather tasty stronger NEIPA.

Tap at the Boilermaker House, Melbourne. Poured a clear copper colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is skunky malt, light tropical fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, woody metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tastes a little bland and mass produced. Not many flavours that I like.

Can at Slo Beer, Fitzroy. Poured a hazy straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light fresh citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh woody hop bitter light metallic palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at the Local Taphouse Melbourne. Pours black. Toast, porridge, cream, coffee, little tobacco. Medium body. Fine.

Can. Black, beige head. Aroma of mild roast, grass, some mocha and earth. A fair bit of body for 5% - which is the point I guess - with a creamy rather than silky texture. Taste adds a rather dull caramel to the mix. Bitterness at the end is a mite lumpen too. Unusually joyless for MO. Not a disaster but ordinary.

Pours very dark brown with a quickly fading head.Nose shows cocoa, coffee, roasted grains.Flavours include dry roasted malt and faint cocoa, little else.

Can, 10C. Black with a light tan head. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, pine, mocha, some brioche. Fullish texture, silky with lowish carbonation. Sweet with chocolate brioche, some nectarines, then mostly tenor register oozes out towards a moderately bitter and somewhat peppery finish. Involving and polished. (Too) drinkable but has character and some depth.

500ml can from Porters Liquor, Bexley. Orange amber colour, off-white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel balanced with mango, grapefruit citrus, pine, hop resin bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Very drinkable IPA.
