Točené(@ Slovánska lipa, Žižkov) Clear, golden, slowly collapsing white head, dry grainy and grassy-hoppy nose, unfortunately a bit similar to a german “Pils”; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit empty and also not really soft; shorter grainy and grassy finish. Not the Světlý You are waiting for…

(Draught at U Slovanske Lipy, Prague, 21 April 2018) Golden colour with lasting, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, cereal, grass, peaches and herbal hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with bread, grain, sweet malt, hay and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Medium body, relatively simple tasting beer, nothing super complex about it. But perfectly brewed, and to style. U Slovankse Lipy prague 3.6 jan 2018. Again in ams at butchers tears beer festival. Great beer

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- cherries, chocolate, wood. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral to slightly dry, touch of sourness, lightly tart, sour cherries, chocolate, coffee, cherry wood, slight touch of cognac. Medium to fuller bodied.
Very tasty.

Well, on tap in 2017, at U Šumavy, likely a new version, will investigate. Poured a dark golden body with a lasting whtie head. Spicy, phenolic aroma, bubblegum, cloves. A bit grainy, some vague green apples / acetaldehyde. Sweet taste, okay balance, random herbal touches, fennelish yet not, phenolic a bit, very light touch of alcohgol. Not bad, but nothing special. Okay try, not more.

Tap at U Šumavy. Dark golden body with a white, lasting head. Flowery matly, lightly citric, slightly doughy aroma that later gets marred with a little acetaldehyde. Bitterish herbal taste, flowery, somewhat citric, some herbal bitterness, solid malty background. A good strongish lager all in all. Imperfect but tasty.

On tap at U Slovanské Lipy. Almost pitch black. Off whtie head. Citric and dark malt notes in the dry, light aroma, okay enough. Similar taste, citric hoppiness again, with dry black maltiness that develops a bit further, with some nutty notes, adding a creamy component. Slightly lacking body, but soft, drinkable and ultimately an impressive dark lager. Nice!

Tap at U Slovanské Lipy. Hazy golden-yellow body with a lasting white head. Herbal, flowery aroma, slightly eggy. Taste... rough grainy notes meet nice honey maltiness... huh, a bit messy, likely not the best batch so far. Not my cuppa tea in this shape and form.
