Bottle, thanks to Misterburd. Pours inky black with spongy beige head, coffee beans aroma, low carbonation, sweetish mocha taste, somewhat thick body, long mocha finish. Very smooth and mellow, satifying.

Can: Overripe lemon, gym sock undertones. Clear amber, thick egg shell head, nice lacing. Lemongrass, gym sock funk, grapefruit finish. Light body, soft carbonation.

Can: Smoke and tree bark nose, not strong. Ruby brown, thick tan head, good lace. Green leaves, tree bark. Full body, easy carbonation.

Can: Mild pecan nose. Clear mahogany, thick tan head. Soil and slightly rancid meat. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Dark brown coloured body with a bit of a clear brown glow and a decent, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of earth, light nuts, malt, peanut butter and a bit of caramel and unfinished sugars. Medium-bodied; Malty flavour at first with a hint of peanuts, some light earth and some cardboardie flavours that finish with some definite breadiness and touches of yeast. Aftertaste has more of the same with the malt hitting first, then some subdued earth notes and finally a bit of unfinished sugars and yeast. Overall, a decent beer - showing some good qualities, but overall, about average. Can: Banana, lemon, yeast, and a bit of cabbage on the nose. Opaque amber, thick head, good lace. Flavor is much cleaner, lemon with banana accents. Medium body, soft carbonation. Enjoyable, but I do love hefeweizens.

Clear brown little beige head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is herbal hops and some chocolate.

Rich deep dark brown coloured body with a nice light tan head, about two centimetres tall. Aroma of nuts, earth, grain and a little cream. Medium-bodied; Strong nutty and malty flavours at first with a nice balance of sweetness shown at the end along with a rich complexity of cream, sweetness and earthy/nutty malts. Aftertaste shows a good malt quality with plenty of sugars and complexity. Overall, a very nice brown and one that was very nice to sample - definitely well worth bringing back in your suitcase from the South!
