0,33 boks fra Vaaland 1889, stødig levert av Brynes Ølspedisjon, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med utmerket skum helt ned. Citrushumler både i fører- og passasjersetet, heldigvis med god oppbakking av en velsmakende maltkropp. Fin bitterhet i den syrligfriske avslutningen gjør dette til en utmerket pøseøl jeg gjerne tar et gjensyn med.

Fra fat på Cirkus: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Mildt krydret anslag med assosiasjoner til barskog, urter og tørt gress. Den deilige maltsmaken kompletterer bildet. En riktig god pilsner med mersmak.

Can. It's lightly hazy in the glass, pale golden in color, with a small, dense white head that lasts. Some lacing. The aroma has a good mix of tropical fruit and citrus, with a good dash of lemon and spices. Sweetish nose. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, gently bittered and with a soft maltyness. Tropical fruityness, orange, lemon and a spiced hint. Pine cone notes and a light grassy touch. Medium length hoppy finish. 241123

Can, at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. An unclear orange colored beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Curtains. The aroma has orange, pine cones, resin and a touch of malts. Caramel-ish. It's medium to full-bodied and nicely carbonated, dry, with a good bitterness. Orange juice, orange zest and a bit too much white orange peel in the flavor. Pine cones, caramel malts and some bread as well. Lasting bitter finish. A decent one, nothing particular going on. Supposedly brewed with juniper berries, but can't really say I noticed. 241102
