On tap at Toster Bar, Novi Sad. Shared with little Dina. Clear golden, small diminishing off-white head. Aroma is resin and grapefruit. Hints of spice and malts. Smooth, creamy, slightly cloying. Good balance, citrus and resin flavour, hints of butter and malts. Moderate bitterness. Finishes dry and lightly bitter.

Das letzte serbische Craftbier aus dem Balkan-Geschäft 🚚 auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße.
Auch wenn das MHD noch etwas gehalten hätte, hatte es schon einen leicht muffigen 😶🌫️ Touch.
Dabei war der leichte Körper 🌪 recht fein mit weihnachtlichen Gewürzen komponiert. Im ehemaligen Jugoslawien eines der bislang besten Witbiere 🌬 die ich hatte (sind halt auch nicht viele).

Pajiza nebulosa de espuma abundante y duradera. Aroma bastante resinoso muy lupulado y herbal. En boca amargor pronunciado, y sabor muy lupulado eclipsando maltas y en tonos igualmente herbales y resinosas.

Ein Bier, das groß für sich selbst wirbt und dessen äußeres aufwendig gestaltet ist 🪟.
Geschmacklich ist es eher klassisch, wenn auch durchaus gut und solide 🪨.
Es lässt sich angenehm trinken und hat einen runden Körper 💝.
