Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours hazy rich yellow with very small frothy off-white head, faint citrus-pineapple aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, alcohol undertones, smooth somewhat thick body, long medium bitter finish with faint alcohol aftertaste. A good DIPA.

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours cloudy golden with very small frothy off-white head that disappears immediately, light acidic aroma, high carbonation, salty medium tart taste with citrus flavor, faint ginger taste, thin body, long finish. Nicely balanced Berliner Weisse.

Can. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of peaches, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is peaches, citrus fruits, hops, rye, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Glass, 4-ounce, draught, drunk at Maxfield, trip to Dark Lord Day with Luc Bourbonnière, savoured on May 17, 2019; eye: yellow with a milky hue, cloudy, no effervescence, sheet of white head, good lacing; nose: citric, floral, citrus, pine, fusel, fresh; mouth: citric, floral, citrus, pine, fusel, fresh, slight astringency, semi-dry finale in pine with presence of fusel, medium body, good carbonation, mildly bitter, lightly sweet, lightly fleshy texture; overall: nice surprise
