Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, Xmas spices ala cinnamon and ginger. Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours hazy rich yellow with very small frothy off-white head, faint citrus-pineapple aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, alcohol undertones, smooth somewhat thick body, long medium bitter finish with faint alcohol aftertaste. A good DIPA.

Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours cloudy golden with very small frothy off-white head that disappears immediately, light acidic aroma, high carbonation, salty medium tart taste with citrus flavor, faint ginger taste, thin body, long finish. Nicely balanced Berliner Weisse.
