Bügelverschlußflasche (Diky, Quack-Ducku!): A bit unclear, greenish-golden coloured, relatively quickly collapsing - but lacy - white head; sweetish almondy and pale-malty nose with a delicate hoppy backbone; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; increasing hoppiness in the slightly lingering sweet-bitter finish. Good Böckle......

Bottle (courtesy of Quack-Duck!): Greenish-golden, a bit unclear, big stable creamy white head, "greenish"-grassy hops in the bitter-sweet nose; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering dryish grassy-bitter finish, uncompletely balanced by some pale malt. Not bad.......

(swing top bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a short and non-persistent foamy white head. Sweet pale malty, grainy and subtle fruity aroma with light notes of flowery hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Slightly sugary pale malty and shy grainy taste with floral accents; sweet malty and shy floral and herbal hoppy finish. A tad sweet but nevertheless pleasant to drink. 31.III.10

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Grassy (green-glass) aroma with herbal accents and a mild malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character with distinctively grassy accents; quite dry, moderately bitter and grassy finish. 17.III.10

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber to chestnut colour with a big and slightly beige frothy head. Sourish fruity (citrus, red berries) aroma with a moderate wheat-character, accompanied by ashy and clovy notes. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Fruit-accented, moderately wheaty and yeasty taste with restrained toasty notes and phenolic spices; slightly sour-fruity and toasty finish with a whiff of caramel at the very end. 11.XI.09

Bottle, thanks Quack-Duck! Grasy and herbal hop nose. Copper, nice lacing head. Spicy, slightly abarasive flavour profile, light spicy malt, herbal and grassy hops plastered on top. Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Grassy, light soapy finish.

Bottle. Golden, fine carbonation, low head. Honeyish aroma. Fat malty body, wild honey spicyness, good hop profile. Chewy, mellow mouthfeel. Sweet fattyness, yet fresh on the palate. Quick finish, light spice retronasal.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy brown colour with a large off-white head. Malty nose with hints of caramel. Malty, slightly wheaty and yeasty with a shy fruity touch.

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale blonde. Grassy maltaroma. Malty sweet, bready flavor with notes of grass and tropical fruit. Sticky mouthfeel, almost sugary, but a pleasant and firm bock.
