Clear golden. Aroma is light honey sticky malt. Taste is rather fresh with light bitter nutpeel and sweetish malt base. Nothing superb but also no obvious flaws. Ok.

330 ml bottle. Unclear almost cloudy yellow with a big creamy fluffy head. Lots of grain, hay, pale malt, bread, pretzels, sourdough, some citrus, some metal. Mild hoppy bitterness, mostly grainy bready sweetness. Medium bodied, oily milky texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy bittersweet finish. Quite good, even with a Munich / Bavarian feel to it.

0,5 l bottle to start this long christmas weekend. Dark golden in the glass, slightly cloudy with a more than one finger white intensive foamy head. Musty grassy aroma. Taste is malty with a caramel shot, bitter hop present in the second row. Creamy. Tastes way better than it smells. Soft bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Craftbier webshop and consumed at home Thursday 7th December 2023 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music, about to cook Polpettes with a Tomato Sauce and homemade Christmas Pudding with homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Pours amber with a light haze and white head. Some caramel a bit of fruitiness, malty, not so much christmassy but decent.
