Golden color with very foamy head.. Aroma reminds me of astringent or disinfectant. The usual sweet cider taste is not present but can get a slight scotch flavor at the finish.

Bottle from Tavour Slightly hazy deep straw color with a thin white head, Huge lemony tartness on the nose and in the flavor with a fair amount of earthy fruity funk. Faint vinous grape notes round this out nicely. Really nice puckerfest.

Wow. Me and Gene so far on this one.
Pours a nice clear amber from a bottle, with a ring of white foam. I have a cold, so I passed the glass around to see what people thought it smelled like. No one said it smelled like anything at all, which I guess means it doesn't smell bad. Flavor is bready, wheat, also dough. Lightly sweet but on the finish has a hint of crisp dryness, not cloying. Good beer.

Pours a slightly hazy dark amber from a bottle. Tart vinegar aroma followed by a slight cheese funk in the mouth. A bit of nail polish remover? Very tart but with a hiding sweetness. Pretty good beer.

opaque pale copper color, mild earthy hop aroma and medium bitter hop flavor with a cracker taste at the end. Bitterness does not linger in the aftertaste.

2019 - completely different than previous version. This one is 5.5% alcohol. Flavor is intensely sour with slight fruit sweetness underneath and a funky, barnyard finish. 2018 - hits with a combination of sweet and sour, opaque straw color. For 11% alcohol it does not have a strong alcohol flavor.
