10 ounce at the brewery - lightly hazy gold - thick, rocky head - lively carbonation - full but soft in the mouth - the malt is crisp and dry, rustic - hop bitterness is high, washing out some of the other potential complexities, sometimes presenting more like an ipa, but there is a lovely floral aromatic character to it and some pepper yeast underlying it all, so overall it is quite tasty.

Pale, clear, not much head, though. Pear notes, light cannabis, papaya, lean but clean pale malt. Nicely balanced.

Tap at brewery. Cloudy golden and bright white top with decent legs. Nose is yeasty, citrus and herbal. Tatses of lemon, grassy, sourdough, basil, cilantro, orange peel. Crisp bodied. Lovely

Draft at OMB. Dark dark brown with creamy tan head. Nose is rich smoke like a sausage cooked on campfire. Tatses of smoke and meat but not abrasive, you also get fig jam, chocolate, blueberry compote, raspberry and wood. Rich mouthfeel. Really fucking good
