Edge Brewing is an award winning and pioneering craft brewery in the city of Barcelona and is very active in festivals and events relating to the craft beer movement.

RB backlog. Intense passion fruit in the nose, slightly lactic sourness. Light sweet start, turns tart immediately, fished with full, round sourness. Slick medium body with soft carbonation. Highly accented on the fruit, refreshing, cuts through nicely.

Bottle at home, think I picked it up in Oslo, 12th May 19. Pours very dark brown and translucent, aroma is liquor, chocolate, coffee. Taste is coffee, but more bourbon, liquor, some barrel, dark chocolate, not overly sweet. Good.

RB backlog. Light sourish coffee notes, spices, esters. Lightly sweet, dries up well, good sourness. Slick light body with natural carbonation. Not really sure it needed all the extra ingredients, but if that's what constitutes Patxaran…
