12/12/2025. Bottle bought at The Factory Gwadloup. Nice pour. Blonde beer base it seems this time with piment. Only has a relatively mild chilli pepperiness, keeps with the buttery theme of the blonde. Not a fan, the piment is fine, not keen on the buttery mix it comes with.

12/12/2025. Bottle bought at The Factory Gwadloup. Nice pour. Flowery, petals, perfumed, hibiscus, hedgerow, fruits. Interesting brew.

12/12/2025. Bottle bought at The Factory Gwadloup. Decent pour. Lots of buttery ginger biscuit on aroma and taste. Like the blonde, but with ginger added. Makes it a bit nicer but still sweet, a bit clammy too.

10/12/2025. Bottle at The Factory Gwadloup. Good pour. A nice sweet and very slightly spiced blanche. Quite highly carbonated, but that aside good.

Goudgeel licht troebel bier matig wit schuim.
Aroma is een beetje moutig.
Smaak van banaan en appel en is zoet.
De peper in de nasmaak blijft wel hangen.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een zoet aroma met tonen van mout en peper. De smaak is zoet en peperig. De peper in de nasmaak blijft lang hangen.

Bottle shared with Laura at hotelroom in Saint Barthelemy. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, kind of fruity actually, weird, candy notes. Very weird beer.

Bottle shared with Laura while on holiday in Saint Barthelemy. Clear bright yellow color, foamy white head. Small gusher even, but probably because we shook it too much during the car drive back up to our hotel. Aroma is lightly wheat with clear ginger coming through. Flavor is floral, blossomy and ginger. Oh well it's drinkable but not my kind of beer.

Bottle shared with Laura on holiday in Saint Barthelemy. Clear yellow color, white head. Aroma is lightly malty, herbal / spicy. Flavor is similar. Light pepper burn in the finish but not over the top. Most will probably hardly taste it but since I'm really sensitive to peppers this for me is perfect to handle. Actually not bad and in this heat it tastes quite okay.
