From day one, the support of friends and family has been vital to the creation and success of Grist House. This is a place where drinking buddies become lifelong friends, and regulars become family. Draft - Bright citrus notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Mango and grapefruit with a nice bitterness, refreshing.

Draft - Caramel malts with a nice hop character. Clear Amber with a rich beige head. Caramel, toffee and some twig with a dry finish.

On tap Bocktown Robonson. Hazy deep golden with medium white head. Aroma is wheat, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and good thin small bubble lacing. Taste is wheat and some clove.

Cloudy pale with nice lacing. Slight band-aid smell. Slight band-aid flavor as well. Yes, you almost get the feeling this is a gluten free beer, it taste like that. Decent co2 and just a little bit bitter at first. Grows to astringent on the finish.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow-peach color with a large creamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was yeasty and bready with notes of clove, a bit of must and perfume. The flavor was dryish, bready and yeasty with notes of wheat, clove and a vague citric presence. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a large creamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was malty and toasty with sweet chocolate syrup followed by floral and fruity hops. The flavor was sweet chocolate, bitter floral hops and a bit of red wine. Long finish with lingering hops. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy vibrant apricot color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet with notes of chalk, tropical fruit and lemon. The flavor was bitter and tangy with sweet tropical fruit that then turned dryish and chalky with a citric presence. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very dark brown color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was dry and woody with hints of smoke and dark fruits. The flavor was bubblegum, wood, smoke, a grainy note and had a dryish bitter presence. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

The flavor was brewed coffee, a bit of toasty and roasty malts, wood and a hint of sour caramel. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.
