Draft at the source, First Anniversary party. Clear dark brown color, beige head. Vanilla aroma on a chocolate background. Vanilla dominates all in the flavor.

On tap at Craft Tasting Room in Charlotte. It pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is grainy with hints of melon. The flavor has lots of grainy malt and watermelon. Not sweet though. Nice carbonation and subtle notes of apple, pear and pepper. Very much a Saison with light notes of melon rather than a melon fruit beer. Nicely done.

Draft at the source. Opaque brown color, beige head. Aroma of chocolate milk and vanilla. Taste has sweet coffee, cocoa, nice vanilla edge. Very tasty.
