Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, see pic and taplist please. Aroma has peaches and subtle pepper flesh. Flavor is like biting into a crisp fresh pepper but without the heat, and some softly sour stone fruit. Very tasty. I’d love to see a version of this with the heat turned up. This was my favorite of the session.
