Draft at the source. Discussed with staff who said that this was brewed "lambic style" but they did not know if it was spontaneously fermented or not, so I added it as a sour/wild. Cloudy yellow color, flat. Aroma of overripe peach and lemon. Taste is softly sour peach, dry tart finish. Nice.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of black pepper and dusty straw. Taste is very peppery, funky lemon and straw. Nice.

Draft at the source. Hazy pink color, light pin k head. Aroma of raspberry and citrus. Taste is tart berries and lemon. Saison characteristics hidden behind the fruit, but still pretty tasty.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a mostly clear orange with some wispy, white head. Nose has some honey, orange, grass, some paper. Flavor is lemon, tea, paper, grass. Oily finish.

Sampled at the brewery pours a mostly clear orange with some lacing, white head. Nose of orange, grass, grapefruit, vinous, soap. Flavor is tannic and papery, sure there is citrus and soap but man this feels over boiled, orange, a little nail polish. Finishes medium bodied, slick, tannic.
