Draft. Hazy yellow-golden beer with an off-white head. Light grainy aroma. Playdough flavor with light citrus. Medium body. Lingering playdough, grain, floral, light citrus. Let’s hope that increased hop and malt prices don’t mean more of these beers.

Small, very dense white head over hazy straw-golden beer, well-carbonated. Faint grassy, pale malts and somewhat fruity nose. Wry taste; some grain, point of aciditiy (could as well be wheat as fruit), but I really cannot detect the watermelons. Especially the finish is tart-ish. Fizzy, refreshing - but tastewise ultra-bland, and metallic. Bof.

Can at Post Zythos Struise Tasting 08. Thanks to Steve from 21st A for this one. The best beer I have ever had in a can. After a tasting of impy stouts, this was like heaven. Fresh hop aroma. Gold colour. Beautiful IPA, fresh hop all over it. Nice grapefruit. One of my favourite beers of the entire weekend.
