On tap at the Nawiliwili Tavern Lihue
Pours a light straw color without much of a head.
Earthy crackery faint bread with some floral hops and a hint of lime. Light and certainly gets the job done.

Can from Beergium. Aroma is roasted malt, fruity hops, tropical fruits, citrus, orange, chocolate, grapefruit, with a slight touch of coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet with a firm bitter finish. Body is medium. Lovely balance between tropical fruity hops and roasty malts, really great example of the style, I do not understand why this is not rated higher.

Can from Sterk Amsterdam, way too old. Aroma is biscuity malt with caramel, resinous hops, pine resin, spruce, hint of fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and fairly bitter with a long bittersweet finish. Body is above medium. I should try this fresh one day, even in less than optimal condition this is pretty good with lots of sticky pine resin and caramel malt.

Pineapple, biscuit malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet pineapple, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.
