Ours is simple – brewing beer that may appear similar to other quality craft beers on its face, but can hardly be enjoyed with just one glass and barely described with just a few adjectives or expressions. Using local ingredients, old world brewing techniques, and a whimsical sense for exploration, we hope to challenge your notion of what beer is and inspire you to share our passion with others.

Draft. From notes. Citrus, grapefruit and pine hops dominate. Medium caramel malt backbone. Pretty good.
