Burk från bryggeriet. Batch 2, 2021. Tjusigt mahognyfärgade med smutsvit/beige krona. Kolaremmar, tobak, mörk torkad frukt, Bourbon. Mellanstor kropp, mycket fat. Fatet i förgrunden med hetta och kryddiga toner. Kolaremmar, torkad frukt och bränt socker i botten. Lite som en åtstramad Straight Jacket. Gott.

Aroma is sweet, over ripe fruit, or chocolate covered cherries. Taste begins with a crispness, turns spicy, and then finishes with a mild caramel malt sweetness. A mild wood flavor. Dry, floral hop aftertaste.

12oz can pours a translucent gold with some cloudy white head. Nose has blondie and caramel and honey and almond. Flavor has brownie and treacle and honey and malt, some cookie. Drinks bigger than 6%. Sweet finish.

Growler pours out dark brown with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet caramel toffee bourbon barrel vanilla booze. Taste is more of the nice sweet malt combo held together with a bourbon barrel booze vanilla.

Can at share. Near black pour with a thin beige head. Aroma is heavy on the bourbon, woody leathery notes too. Taste brings in the malts, caramel, tobacco and more of the bourbon barrels. Lingering warmth.
