Ein verdammt bitteres 🔪APA, das so richtig brutal hart 👊 ist. Die grasigen Hopfennoten 🪴 werden niedergeprügelt und können sich nicht sonderlich entfalten. Malzigkeit finde ich nur im Abgang, aber auch hier ist die Bittere erdrückend. Für Freunde von urigen, extra bitteren Bieren sicher toll, aber als APA zu hart.

Bottle at BBT Garden Edition. Malty aroma and taste, coffee, roastyness, medium bitter, light sourness. Medium body, malty roasty coffee bitter and sour finish. Ok.

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es sich hier um eine Abart des Hops IPA Špecial ist, aber dieses Bier 🍺 ist nicht wirklich gut. Es ist verdammt bitter, was es sehr hart und schwer macht. 😞

Als ich vor Ort dieses Bier bestellte, brachte man mir ein Bier, dass aus einer Mischung aus Hellen und Dunklen bestand, aber nicht als Schnitt bemerkbar war. Nach Angaben der Kellnerin 🧝und des Braumeisters 👨🍳hinter der Schank stellt dies eben jenes Halbdunkle dar. Geschmacklich war es wirklich interessant. So war mehr Helles als Dunkles im Glas, dass man anfangs klassische helle Aromen 🌈 hatte, welche hinten raus durch das trocken-malzige Dunkle wunderbar abgerundet wurden. Trotz der miesen Gegend und des hässlichen Gebäudes 🏢 der Restaurant-Brauerei, kann mich dieses Bier wirklich positiv überraschen.
