Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours dark brn/blk with a small dark tan head that did not persist. Aroma of smoke and dark toasty malt. Full bodied. Not dry, but not all that sweet. Bitterness from smoke and burnt malt. Flavor is smoke, some rye, obscured bourbon. Very tasty ale.

Pours black with a lingering tan head. This is a very tasty imperial stout. Coffee, chocolate, dark roast malt, bourbon. It’s intense and everything goes together well. Full body. Excellent beer.

Pint can, 2025 vintage. Caramel aroma with notes of toffee, toasted malt, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours clear amber colored with half a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee and bourbon flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with toasted malt, vanilla and oak flavors. Good but lacks depth.
