Description
Hopfully Brewing is an independent contract brewery with its head-office located in Dublin, Ireland. The brewery was founded by three friends with a shared love for beer, culinary and art. In 2017, we got together to accomplish an ambitious goal: building community and creativity through the world of craft-brewing, by combining modern beer brewing, and blending with visual arts. Passionate about working with vibrant, fresh talents, we work directly with up-and-coming local artists, commissioning different illustrators to design each one of our beer labels. Not only does Hopfully Brewing aim to promote the work of individual artists, but we are also committed to building an interdisciplinary network of creative people. Creativity is the essence of what we do as a company, by developing exciting and innovative beers with a unique flair and outstanding design.

The beers are brewed at Metalman and Lough Gill.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Almost clear orange beer, teeny tiny bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation emerging fairly late on. The malts feel like they have come from an Imperial Lager or something. Sweet but not creamy sweet like so very many DIPAs these days (not a complaint!). Smooth cooling pine and nice if ripe peachy tropical fruits into marmaladey citrus thing. Hop spice is fairly lively and is starting to bite a bit, no bad thing. Light finish. Kinda West Coasty but I like it. Would not be disappointed if this was a beer I had to drink all night.

Lattina.

Nose is bitter orange, grass, light caramel malts, citric tinged straw, toasted malts, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange peel, light mineral bite, caramel malts, grass, grapefruit, mandarin, light melon, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with grassy come lightly aggressive hop bitterness. Tidy WC affair with a good bitter edge.

440ml can at home. Pours a hazy yellow with a medium to thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Tropical fruit aroma, red fruit, lemon, and grapefruit. Flavour is the same with a hop acidity that strips the palate.
