Not too bad of a DIPA, heavy on the caramel and orange marmalade with a nice tropical grapefruit front and mild piney bitterness on the back end. Medium-heavy body and oily, smooth texture makes for easy drinking. Good if not altogether memorable.

Rated last May - Pours pinkish orange. The aroma is mainly raspberries. Raspberries and spicy saison yeast join sweet malt in the flavor. There's some tartness from the berries. Pretty good.

Rated last May - Pours black with a tan head. It smells of dark roast malt and chocolate. The flavor is full of roast malt with dark chocolate and a solid balancing bitterness in the finish. Full bodied. Excellent beer.

Rated last May - Pours mostly clear gold with some lacing. There's a mild hop aroma with a trace of fruit. The flavor is fairly light for the style with moderately bitter hops and some fruity character. It's light and put me more in mind of a session style. Decent.

The faint Aromas are old hops, green bell peppers, and caramel malt. Flavors are like nose more bitter than sweet it first with sweet coming out stronger later but still a bitter finish. There are also qualities of light jalapeno fruit and a hint of heat along with a touch of marshmallow. Body is okay.

Pour definitely has the haze part correct. Kind of a milky yellow with a average white head. Aroma is pure wonderful pineapple juice. Flavor is a little less stellar than the aroma but you get plenty of pithy grapefruit resin and some almost lime citrus bitterness. Even though the flavor did not live up to the aroma this was still a pretty flavorful, juicy hop bomb.

Pour is a slightly hazy orange with a very large head. Aroma is some citrus and dankness with a bit of white grape. Flavor is definitely some white wine grape but not much beyond that. Finish is smooth, dry and not bitter at all. Decent little beer, it could have used a bit more oomph from some more hops.
