Bright, hazy, peach-pink body is topped by a large, white head showing strong retention.
Initial notes are raspberry-orange, very soft and aromatic. Low acidity and low malt, but doesn't smell watery or insubstantial. With some breathing, wheat and cereal-like notes emerge. Very clean, well-presented, even aroma with no flaw or alcohol.
In the mouth it's lightly tart, very refreshing, with tons of various grain/cereal notes. Orange juice is soft on the end with light berry essence and a touch of honey. Excellent soft, malty texture and moderate, engaging carbonation. I'm guessing the age has really softened and solidified this.

4 oz. draft at Maine Beer Cafe. Decent for the sour lovers. (Maybe) I say that very cautiously. You have to like champagne since they used champagne yeast. But it honestly seems like some oxidation has set in. The flavor has Brett, yeasty esters, cardboard, and maybe vinegar. Yeah, the flavor is exactly the aroma. Barrel is here but it also displays an off cardboard or “butter” like note. Interesting....

16 oz. can purchased at Greg & Janes, Epping, NH. Canned 1-28-18. Hazy yellow appearance, lasting foamy head. Aroma and flavor go hand-in-hand. Grapefruit, mild grassy hints and has a starchy texture. Mild juicy note. Lighter body with a very mild grapefruit bitterness. I like it and drinks well.

Sample at EBF, Boston. Color is murky brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Dry fruits, berries, wood, bourbon, dryness and malts. Very complex sour. Reminds me of rodenbach best sours.

Poured from can dated 12/29/17 thanks Airforcehops clear gold with a white head. Aroma is lime citrus and spruce. Taste is grapefruit lemon lime and a nice balanced bitter finish.

375 mL from the brewery. Gentle gusher, not bad for a year in the bottle. Very hazy orange, large dense creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of strong brett, funk, dry grapefruit. The taste is funk, leather, stone fruit, brett, oak. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Canning date of 12-29-17. With "Zest I ever had" stamped on the bottom of the can. Appearance is a near clear gold! Whoa, clear!! Aroma is lots of lime zest with notes of grapefruit and minerals. The flavor have mixed citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and the lime zest comes through in the finish. Texture is crisp and has a refreshing quality about it.

375 mL bottle from the brewery. Clear amber, thin foamy tan head, decent retention. Aroma of funk, oak, vanilla, berries. Taste is vanilla, oak, berries, funk. Thin, a bit over-barreled.
