Description
603 Brewery was founded in 2012 by long time college friends. As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

Can to becher.
Appearance: clean yellow transparency with a one finger white foamy head that slid off to leave some messy lace
Aroma: corn sweet with some grassy to citrusy to pine hop tone coming in slightly
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together moderately; slight aftertaste of corn, clean grassiness and pine
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue; crisp finish of corn and piney/resin tones
Overall: I'd say it works as a session ale, I could see coming back to next to the grill or doing some fishing, and just straight outa the can if I had this again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a some transparency to it; one finger white foamy head slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: subtle grassy hop tone flowing over some clean biscuity malts
Flavor: moderately sweet through the prior aromas; light aftertaste of the biscuity malts
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, crisp and smooth along the tongue then finishes crisp and smooth with the malts
Overall: I say it does the trick for the style in and of itself, it might not be something the hazebros are going after but I'd have this again and it wouldn't be bad next to the grill this Summer.

500 ml bottle. Blue wax that was layered and a pain to remove. The aroma of chocolate malt, moderate vanilla, and mild alcohol. The flavor is a exact copy of the aroma. My biggest gripe with this series has been the thin, flimsy, watery body for the style. This bottle was a gift. I won’t buy anything from this brewery anymore.

Cask On, cask 3/23/25.
Clear amber, no head.
Earthy, biscuity smoke. Clean and earthy. Toasted, a bit acidic. Not all that smokey but ample.
Slick, soft, low carbonation. Earthy and iron-rich smoke. Biscuit. Watery not quite thin but close. Dry. Bit of fruitiness. Eh...

8 oz draft at Cask On! Aroma is oak and bourbon without a question. Flavor follows with the addition of toffee and a thin texture. Watery. A poor mans Sam Adams.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Bright, deep, amber. Small, beige ring of bubbles. Bourbony, floral, very spicy, but a bit timid on the malt. Not all that aromatic or malty. Bourbony, floral, heavy oak but not tannic. So, so watery and light. Why is it so watery and thin? Very, very meowdiocre.
