Thanks Jim!
Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peanut butter sweet, salty and nutty with milk chocolate sweetness
Flavor: copies the aromas to that same sweet, salty, nutty and chocolatey goodness; finishes very peanut buttery and the chocolate seems more faded here
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness along the tongue and the saltiness from the peanut butter seems barely felt
Overall: very nicely done peanut butter forward stout however I wouldn't mind a bit more chocolate though, eh, no worries, still quite good.

Can shared by tfontana on 12/9/23. Mostly clear orange-lemon-brass. No head. Smells about as close to an orange soda/orange creamsicle as you can get. Orange, acid and vanilla. Acidic, dry, sour, sharp, thin, maybe a bit metallic, with dirty lactose and an undermalted thin texture. One sip is too much!

Can pour from Candia First Stoppe Country Store. Hazy dark yellow-light brown. Aroma is strong sweet orange creamsicle with mild tart backdrop. Taste is strong mix of strong sweet and tart orange creamsicle with bitterness. Smooth, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Good strength but more tart than I like.

16 can shared by tfontana. Aroma is reminiscent of a melted creamsicle popsicle. The flavor is a sour orange and vanilla. Bitter orange peel Bold lactic acid in the finish. Jeez, this is not good.

Aroma is better than taste. Not my jam.

5 oz. Draft. Aroma is the berries and mild watermelon. Unfortunately, in the flavor of the watermelon comes off a little like a jolly rancher. Some lactic acid gives a little bit of pucker in the glands. Average.

5 oz draft. Deep red color. Aroma shows boysenberry and sugar. The cotton candy only comes off as sugar in the flavor. Entirely too sweet for a sour ale. But I guess these are the ridiculous times we live in. Not horrible. Just not very good either.

On tap at Thirsty Moose Merrimack Inky black with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Sweet sticky chocolate and maple with hints of roast metallic flakes and light earth to try and balance. Sickly sweet

Can pour from Beer and Wine Nation, Merrimack. It's an opaque black with no sparkle, a few floaties, light viscosity, thin cap of light brown head quickly fading to a ring and no lacing. Aroma is strong coconut, toasted almonds and chocolate. Taste is strong coconut, roasted almonds and late milder chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, average texture and finish as taste. Overall, they nailed what they were going for but a bit hard to find the base stout.

On tap at The thirsty Moose Merrimack Inky black in color lets no light through, stingy tan head dissipates quickly. Maple nose cinnamon too, full of body with a mouthful of sticky. Bitter roast and licorice flavor, faint earthy hops barely counter. Strong but decent brew.
