Keg at The Reservoir - Waterbury, VT. Pours clear yellow with a mellow, creamy white cap. Classically-styled stuff, with simple pale dough, cereal, white bread and minimal bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary pale bread in the finish, with doughy white bread especially, some straw. A tasty, easygoing kolsch. Solid.

Sample @ the brewery. A clear golden color with ample white bubbly head. Smells of very light citrus. Taste is a light bubbly sweet fruit, some spice clove like flavors, peppery towards the end. Weak Belgian yeast character. Overall easy to drink and is refreshing, yet very tame.

Sample at the Brewery. Pours a clear bright golden with a thin head. Aroma is butterscotch and lots of fruity esters, toffee malts, sweet caramel, and some fruity after tastes. Flavor is very sweet fruity esters, toffee biscuit, slick syrupy mouthfeel.
This brand new brewery does classic styles real well. All pretty much above average. I hope to see some more creative and experimental brews in the near future.

Sample glass @ the brewery. Body is nice and full for a standard porter. Flavor is nice roasted malts, burnt espresso bean, charred malts, caramel and milk chocolate. Soft carbonation giving a light creamy texture. Nice medium body leaning on full. Easy to drink with the classic flavor of a porter.
Well-crafted porter and worth a try for sure. Very nice sample flight from this up start brewery, well done folks!

4 oz. taster @ The Brewery . Pours a golden straw with no head. Aroma is sweet malts, cereal, light hop in the background. Mouthfeel is medium to thin with soft prickly carbonation and notes of sweet malts, corn, ale grain and a trance of vanilla. Nice Kolsch, easy to drink and well crafted.
