Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale yellow with a gold hue and visible carbonation but no head. Aroma has a nice musty apple note with just a touch of sweetness. Flavor has a bit of must as well but much more sweet apple coming through and a bit of a dry finish.

A pale blonde cider with a superb mashed apple aroma, acidity, quite nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet chalky malt with light lactic notes, smooth and quaffable. On tap at AFB Burlington, March 18 2012.
