Big chocolate peanut butter. Creamy, little bitterness from a black coffee. Fantastic. Like Harry Kane’s goal for Bayern (spits on ground) today vs Wolfsburg.

Canned 10/31/23, drunk 11/10/23. Heavily hazy, dry-hop greenish-tinged golden-brass-bronze. Large, frothy, white head showing strong retention. Juicy and nicely dry with plentiful spice and stone fruit. Getting a lot of Ella and they smell nothing like Galaxy, thankfully. No onion from the Mosaic and low wood from the Simcoe. Clean yeast, no punchy melon or pineapple with sparse, cracker malts. Very promising! Soft, juicy, spicy, well-malted but with good attenuation. Nicely fruity yeast. Again, as in the nose, there's no problematic Simcoe or Mosaic notes and the juicy, tropical and stone fruit-rich Ella really sparkle here. Lovely spice, good maltiness. My only complaint is that the carbonation is super loose giving a somewhat watery character to the beer. If the carbonation was more on point, this would be a mid-4s for me.
