Can (11/22/23) pour from One Stop Market. Virtually opaque dark brown--light garnet--with thin beige head with poor retention. Aroma is strong earthy malts, slightly roasted, molasses, chocolate. Taste follows aroma but more roasty, bordering on ash. Thick, smooth, average-to-lively carbonation. Crisp, dry finish as taste. Wouldn't describe the roasted quality as expresso and not getting dark fruit. Other flavors are strong. A bit over carbonated.

16 ounce can from Total Wine & More in South Bay. Hazy yellow gold color is topped by a rocky white head. Spotty lacing. Floral hop aroma. Notes of citrus and stone fruit. Flavor is sweet grapefruit, melon, mango and lemons. Peppery hops on backend.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant lacing. Hay and biscuit aromas. Crisp with hay and meadow front to back. Dry pith and peel finish.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Effervescent with sweet mango, lemon and tangerine upfront turning to earthy pine and pith in the medium length finish.

Canned 8/10/22, drunk 11/28/22. Moderately hazy, tangerine-bronze-peach. Small, white head to ring. Spiciness! Wow is there chinook in here? Not the dank spice, but the 2006 spice, though it smells great. Could be a great addition of late chinook and centennial. Malts are light, crackery. No alcohol, flaw or resin. What the hell? Smoke? Pepper phenol to the max. Watery/thin body. Some tartness and oily, smokey hop character on the finish. Well, this was in the fridge, but I guess an infection is an infection, regardless of how cold the beer is kept.

Tap at Bukowsky Tavern. Hazy deep golden orange. Slightly funky, estery aroma, fruity, grapefruit, simple malt. Slightly tart, slightly estery, slightly spicy. Not bad but didn’t make much of an impression.
