Brewery draught, 6/20/25.
Heavily hazy/turbid, milky yellow-golden. Fluffy/creamy, white head.
Big, rich matchstick and unripe tropical fruit with intense passion fruit, heavy mineral, earth and white wine. Just pure, unadulterated, Riwaka goodness done brilliantly.
Soft, supple, deep texture with a lot of malt and a fair bit of sweetness (though not sweet overall). Very, very fruity and I get hints of cotton candy at points which slightly detracts from the otherwise big minerality and unripe tropical fruitiness. Soft, supple texture and pretty good attenuation. Doesn't quite live up to the nose, but then, that's a pretty high bar.

Draught at the brewery, 6/20/25.
Clear (?!) bright, marigold-brass. Small, off-white head.
Rich mango, light pineapple and plentiful tangerine-lemon-orange. Healthy acidity behind it with a mix of cracker/biscuit and honey-like malts. Clean.
Mouthfeel varies between soft and biscuity, but always supple with ample, attenuated malt. Unripe pineapple and mild pine add plentiful bitterness but never too much. Juicy citrus and juicy mango fill in the gaps. Wonderful clear IPA that isn't WC, but still shows ample balance and bitterness without compromising the heavily fruity, intense hop.

Brewery draught, 6/20/25.
Clear, bright brass with a hint of rose. Small, white head, moderate retention.
Hint of chalk and mineralesque red wine in the nose, but it's slight, as it should be. Malt and mild hop with a clean, balanced character and good aromatic strength.
Soft and malty with minimal hop, lots of white bread and honey from the malt and a clean finish with a hint of piquancy from the red wine. Just a bit of juice, mineral, chalkiness but the beer remains bright and snappy on the finish, with only minor suggestions of the barrel aging. Pretty fantastic restraint. Would certainly be easy to overdo this light lager.

Brewery draught, 6/20/25.
Clear, bright brass-peach-maize. Small, white head.
Earthy, yeasty nose with mineral, grain and a dusting of noble hops. Bright and crisp.
Snappy and amply malty with a light fruitiness from somewhere and deep malts with good attenuation. Love the mineral and yeast character. Water quality shining here.

Brewery draught, 6/20/25.
Rich gold-honey. Small, white head. Clear.
Big, juicy, well-expressed, not overdeveloped Brett backed by an afterthought of fruity hops. Low oak, good, rich malt and low acidity. Very aromatic and bright.
Juicy, lightly tart, fruity Brett with moderate acid from hop, but mostly fruit and a touch of berry. Rich, well-attenuated malt with light oak suggestions. Low acid, but plentiful Brett and Sacch. Nothing overdeveloped.

Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to LKS. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, a modest dark chocolate. Mild dark malt cream. Light but pleasing PX ripe fruits on the back end along with a little spice. Light and drinkable.
