Bright amber, thin head. Caramel and toast, good malt complexity, medium body, bit of sweetness in the finish. Solid polo.

16 ounce can from Canal’s in Hamilton. Another Top 50 on Brewver. Honey gold pour is topped by a large rocky white head. Bready malt aroma has earthy, grassy notes. Distinctively bitter hops in middle. Crisp, dry finish. Another winner from Schilling.

500mL undated bottle fresh from the brewery, drunk 9/17/25.
Gently hazy, pale lemon blonde. Large, fairly creamy, white head, good retention.
Beautiful nose showcasing both the wild and weizen yeast, possibly favoring the wild yeast, but it's soft, round, no big acidity, no hard lacto or anything like that. Just mild, fruity Brett, tons of soft funk and big mineral. Crusty wheat and dainty honey from the wheat/malt balance gently and it's polished and clean with no crude esters or phenols.
Soft vanilla and chewy, biscuity, nutty wheat with low sweetness but tons of satisfying texture. Gentle mineral and mild acidity. The flavor tends to favor the weizen yeast, but just barely, and it's clean and polished with no crude clove or big banana/gum. Now this is a hefe I can get behind. The usual ester/phenol profile of all but the very best weizen brewers gets pretty fatiguing quickly, yet here it's subtle and you get tons of malt/wheat and mineral.

Dark gold with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. Sweet with cracker, grass and fruitiness. Long finish. Medium body.

Can from One Stop. Rich, nutty nose with toast and a little bit of caramel. Also somewhat husky, verging on DMS corny. Deep orange amber with a middling head. Clear. Nutty, earthy flavor; rich in malt. Toasty and grainy. Husky, but I don’t get corn. Spicy, herbal hops with a medium bitterness. Full body. The husks in the nose put me off a bit, but the flavor is quite authentic and well dialed in.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, orange-ish color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is brown bread, cola, caramel, and heather. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a mellow, herbal bitterness. Medium body, crisp, and bready. Simple and quality.

Can at home. Lovely looking pour, just super inviting copper hued with a finger beige topping. Nose is caramel and herbal. Tastes bready, some malt, caramel, herbal, hint of sasparilla, tree bark, molasses. Smooth creamy palate. Hint of burnt toast on finish.
