16 oz can. Aroma is toffee, raisins, yeast. Flavor follows with a mild warming finish. A pretty decent malt backbone. Good.

Can at home. Exactly my type of brew. Dark mahogany pour and some beige head. Nose is cherry wood and spicy hops. Tastes of caramel, earth, honey, cherry wood, peppery. Smooth and creamy palate. Linger finish of wood and fruit.

4 pack canned 3/13/25, drunk early April and again 4/18/25.
Holy shit this is aromatic!! Was a bit unimpressed with the can I had at about 2 weeks old, but this has softened and ripened wonderfully. Insane amounts of classic lager aroma. Rich, rich yeast, hop, malt, water....it's all there in an amplified, but balanced, clean format.
Soft, big honey notes, some cracker/biscuit and not a hefty body, allowing for good drinkability. Still quite malty but with good attenuation. Maybe a bit bigger/richer than the normal version; certainly a bit more robustly hoppy. I wanna say the beer has another couple weeks of evolution (or, who are we kidding, lagers evolve beautifully in the fridge for many, many months). Will check back in in a while.

Pours slightly hazed pale yellow into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing spots. Caramel, hay and pith aromas. Medium bodied with sweet pomelo and yuzu upfront turning to grapefruit pith and peel in the dry, lasting finish. Quite fruity.

Pours beautiful, clear mahogany into a willi. Mocha head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Molasses and toasted brown bread aromas. Medium bodied and dry with raisin brown bread, fig and molasses upfront turning to dry, earthy pumpernickel in the medium length finish. Nice.

Pours clear mahogany into a willi. Tan head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Molasses and dark caramel aromas. Medium bodied with dark caramel, lightly toasted multigrain and bitter, earthy wood upfront and into the lasting, dry cherrywood finish. Nice.

16 oz can. A damn near brown color that has amber hues around the edges. Aroma of honey-ish malt, toffee, earth and yeast. Flavor follows with a rich malt depth to it. Mild mineral character. Cherrywood’s definitely there, but subtle in the finish. Definitely let this one warm up a bit and it opens up very nicely.

750mL bottle, Blend No. 1, drunk 7/23/23. Golden, clear, well-carbonated. Large, white head slowly fades to cover. Nose has lovely, mellowed, bacterial acidity and mild oak. Juicy and with excellent malt depth adding honey and light white bread. Very fruity and ebullient with softer earth and mineral from the saison. Clean. Soft and malty, tart, gaining some more acidity and ending pleasingly sour with tons of cherry, vanilla, strawberry and yellow fruits. Oaky, with moderate lactic, moderate brett and a pinch of acetic. Deep malts showing soft, rich honey. Earth and mineral lighten things somewhat, as the saison mixes in to the question.
